About FunnyFest

FunnyFest is the first comedy festival of its kind in Western Canada. FunnyFest is an unique combination of entertainment, learning, socializing and FUN. With over 10000 punchlines and no sacred cows, FunnyFest is a distinctive Western comedy festival. Over 11 exciting days in May we will showcase a wide range of stand up comedy, improv, sketch talent from around the world. Importance will be placed on promoting the outstanding comedic talents of Western Canadians, and concurrently, providing awesome opportunities for volunteers in a festival setting.

With over 70 comics performing 40 shows at 9 distinct venues, from lounges and theatres to large indoor and outdoor venues, FunnyFest will appeal to anyone that loves live comedy. Volunteers, like you, will play a vital role in making FunnyFest come to life!
